Citizen will receive system generated SMS at the time:
- When Service application is received.
- When citizens application for Service is dispatched.
- On receipt of the application.
- When application for Service is completed / rejected.
- When Service is delivered to the citizen.

Computerized Certificate Issuance Fee is Rs. 100

Delivery Time For Copy
Service Time at e-Facilitation Center for Delivery of Copy within 60 days of birth 3 working days and in case of delay registration 61st to 7 years 7 working days.

Delivery Time For Original Certificate
Service Time for Delivery of Original Certificate through Post within 60 Days of Birth 7 working days and in case of delay registration 61st-7 years 11 working days.

Issuance Authority
This service will be issued by Secretary Union Council for birth within 60 days or Administrator / Nazim UC incase of delayed registration from 61st day to 7 years.

Fee Payment Mode
Payment should be Cash & in Pakistan Rupees (PKR).

Bank of Azad Jammu & Kashmir Pakistan.

Center Timings
E-Facilitation Center will be opened from Monday to Saturday, during 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Lunch Break
E-Facilitation Center will be closed for lunch during 01:00 pm to 02:00 pm.

Jummah Break
E-Facilitation Center will be closed during 12:30 pm to 02:30 pm on Friday.
