The concept is to bring the public department's service delivery interfaces under one roof and facilitate the general public to provisioning of these services through digital interfaces by eliminating the unnecessary human interaction. The project is conceived to be one stop shop service centers for access to multiple services such as issuance of armed license, birth/Death registration certificates, State Subject & domicile services provided by district administration and LG&RDD etc. The service centers may start from provisioning of basic services such as digital application terminals for these services. The services from various departments may be included depending upon the capacity and extent of automation already made by these departments internally. The project would require a comprehensive exercise for online services delivery readiness with the public service department followed be the re-engineering of business processes.
