Citizens can get facilitated now by issuance of digitalized State Subjects & Domiciles through one window centers established under AC offices in AJ&K. Moreover, NADRA Citizen Verification, Character Certificates, Police General Verification, ETO Biometric Verification, Covid Vaccination Certificates, Crime Report, Tenants Registration, Vehicle Verification, Copy of FIR, Birth Certificate, Death Certificate are also offered under e-facilitation centre established at DAM Square Plaza Muzaffarabad

REVOLUTIONIZING THE SERVICES (NADRA E-Sahulat)

Service will be delivered on the spot. E-Sahulat service is basically NADRA hosted service that provides citizens with variety of facilities. From Citizen CNIC verification, Vehicle Biometric verification, online remmitance, Mobile recharge/cards, BISP verification services, Utility Bills, funds transfer to plenty of other services.

SMS GATEWAYS

Citizen will receive system generated SMS at any time in service flow through our SMS Gateways.

Customer Support

Citizens will receive a call from E-Facilitation Centre Management for feedback of the facilitated Service. Likewise, queries can be conveyed through 05822-920753.

Application Tracking

Citizens can track their application via tracking ID, through our website.

One Window Service

The concept is to integrate all such services under one roof from where citizens could avail easy access to government services.
